Digital Marketing Manager – QLTY Work Boots (Full-Time | Remote)

QLTY Work Boots is on the hunt for a Digital Marketing Manager to help us own the digital world and drive the success of our direct-to-consumer (DTC) workwear brand. We’re a fast-growing, Denver-based company focused on crafting premium work boots for the blue-collar workforce. As we continue to scale, we are looking for a digital marketing expert who can lead, optimize, and oversee our entire digital marketing strategy while owning the ROI for this business.

We need someone who can take our digital presence to the next level and capture demand across major online platforms. Our focus will be on Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Affiliate Marketing, and Email Marketing. You’ll work closely with our creative team to develop compelling campaigns, and you will have full P&L responsibility for our digital investments. This is an exciting opportunity to make a direct impact on the growth and visibility of QLTY Work Boots.

What You'll Do:

  • Own & Scale Digital Channels: Lead and manage all digital marketing efforts, including Google AdsMetaEmail Marketing, and Affiliate Marketing to drive traffic and sales for QLTY Work Boots.
  • ROI Responsibility: You’ll be responsible for the performance and ROI of all digital marketing campaigns, ensuring they are driving revenue while staying within budget.
  • Work with Creative Teams: Collaborate closely with our creative team to produce engaging, high-performing content and campaigns that resonate with our target audience of blue-collar workers.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze data and provide insights to optimize campaigns in real-time. You’ll need to be sharp in understanding metrics and making adjustments to improve performance.
  • P&L Ownership: You’ll have full accountability for the digital investment budget, tracking performance and profitability across all channels.
  • Drive Strategy: Work directly with senior leadership to craft the overall digital marketing strategy that will take QLTY Work Boots to new heights. You'll be tasked with identifying opportunities to expand and improve our digital footprint.

What We're Looking For:

  • 5-7+ years of digital marketing experience with expertise in Google Ads, Meta, Email, and Affiliate Marketing.
  • Proven track record of driving ROI through effective digital strategies.
  • Strong analytical mindset—comfortable diving into data and extracting key insights to optimize campaigns.
  • Experience managing digital P&L and ensuring digital efforts align with overall business growth targets.
  • A team player who can work closely with creatives, providing insights and direction to develop successful campaigns.
  • Passion for direct-to-consumer brands and a desire to help reimagine how we engage with our customers in the workwear industry.

Social Media Intern - QLTY Work Boots

We are looking for someone who is highly motivated to learn and work in digital technologies and not afraid of a challenge. We’re a small business with dozens of moving parts and need someone with a willingness to jump into projects and work with the digital marketing specialist, and provide support for social media, content writing, and design. TheWebsite & Social Media Internprovides support for the implementation of the digital, web and social strategy. You will be responsible for enhancing QLTYs brand awareness within the digital space by managing our online presence.

Main Responsibilities● Maintain and optimize our current e-commerce websites (Shopify)
● Develop and implement an SEO strategy
● Design and create visual assets for social channels using Adobe Creative Suite
● Schedule social media content and maintain engagement with users
● Continuously research industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies

Requirements● A passion for digital and understanding of social platforms (Facebook and Instagram)
● Front-end web development experience is a plus - HTML, CSS, JavaScript
● Experience with e-commerce websites (preferably Shopify)
● Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator or Indesign)
● SEO Knowledge is a plus
● Willingness to learn new technologies
● Content writing and proofing (blog articles, website copy, product descriptions)

QLTY Work Boots is looking for a passionate individual who can strategize trendy content that reaches customers. This individual will be focusing on strategy and viral video marketing that can reach thousands of individuals on instagram reels or tiktok. The individual must have social media experience and understand how trends work and how to make something viral. We are giving you the opportunity to go out of the box and understand marketing trends regarding food. This passionate individual will be focusing on the food business and will be creating content on food such as food reviews and more.

The individual must be in the Greater Denver / LA area and able to go to places where they can create the content.
