    Working with premium tanneries, QLTY has sourced USA based full-grain leathers that are durable, resilient and designed to provide Shovel-Ready comfort out of the box in both cool and warmer temperatures.

    QLTY's Goodyear Welt Construction creates a tightly-crafted boot that is water-resistant and durable for years to come. It’s a better way to build a boot, which most of our competitors avoid, that combines human skill and craftsmanship.

    RESOLEABLE OUTSOLE

    The QLTY Wedge is a fully resoleable non-marking, oil-and-slip resistant polyurethane rubber outsole that uses a soft compound for all-day cushioning, traction and support on concrete and smooth surfaces.
