• QLTY accept returns for all new, unused merchandise ordered on QLTYobjective.com.
• GIFT CARDS & FINAL SALE ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN.

OUR SHIPPING POLICY

We want to get you your QLTY work boots as soon as possible. That’s why we make every effort to process your order quickly so you can put your DNVR's to good work.

QLTY offers FEDEX Ground shipping on qualified orders. Valid on orders shipped in the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to US territories Alaska, Hawaii and outside of the contiguous United States (*U.S. Territories include American Samoa, Guam, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, North Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.)

SHIPPING OPTIONS & RATES

We've made every effort to get your orders processed and shipped faster. Orders should be placed by 12:00 PM CT for quickest delivery. This excludes weekends and holidays. All "Delivery by" dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Shipping services and rates are subject to change without prior notice.

QLTY Objective and FEDEX will not be shipping or delivering on the following dates in 2021. Please note shipping estimates will begin the following business day.

HOW DO I RETURN A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT?

We guarantee against defects in material and craftsmanship for 365 days from the date fo purchase. Work boots covered by the QLTY guarantee will be replaced at QLTY's discretion. However, this is not a guarantee against normal wear and tear nor to product that has been damaged by neglect, misuse, accident, modification or repair by anyone other than QLTY Objective artisans. Please use the online return process to send them to us with free return shipping. The product will be evaluated once we receive it. If deemed defective, we will issue a refund or replacement.

* Please allow our returns team a minimum of four business days to receive, check in, and review returned items, as we only accept new, unworn products for return. Additionally, please note that our team does not operate on weekends.
